- Where are you from? Originally from Lima, Peru. Now a proud Texan for 30 years.
- How long have you been in the industry? 30 years.
- Family? With my wife Maria (“Mate”) also from Peru, we have two amazing
daughters Natalia (15) & Valeria (12) that keep us quite busy. - What is your favorite drink? Pisco Sour or Malbec.
- What is your favorite food? Steaks, Sushi, Empanadas
- What is your favorite restaurant? Besides Churrascos I like Perry’s, Pappadeux, Nativo (Guadalajara, Mexico), La Mar (Miami, Florida).
- What is the first app you check in the morning? Emails, Facebook & Snapchat (to keep in touch with my daughters).
- What hobbies do you have? Spend time with my family, travel & learn something new.
- Favorite sport? Favorite sports team? Soccer & Football (Go Texans!!)
- Favorite music/band/singer? 80’s – Duran Duran, Depeche Mode, Soda Stereo, Green Day.
- Who do you admire the most? My parents. Their story of overcoming adversity is a great example to follow.
- Something unique/different about you that you would like to share? I came to work for three months in the company and they wouldn’t take me as a server so I started as a busboy and I am still here. I love my journey so far.
